Preferred Customer Agreement Program

Quality Comfort offers a Preferred Customer Agreement Program to new and existing customers. This agreement supplies our customers with 2 complete semi-annual maintenance inspections per year.  Each specialized inspection is performed only by a skilled, qualified service technician, who is trained to make your equipment operate as efficiently and economically as possible. Your service will be scheduled in the spring and fall pre-season.  A customer service representative will call you to schedule your appointment during these times.

Clean condenser coil and check for damage                                                            Check and lubricate blower assembly
Check refrigerant pressures                                                                                     Check and test all electrical components
Check and test all electrical components                                                                  Check and inspect heat exchanger for damages
Check and lubricate fan motors                                                                               Test for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
Clean condensate drains                                                                                          Check filter and replaced if included
Check filter and replace if included                                                                           Clean hot surface igniter
Check tempertures                                                                                                  Brush and vacuum blower compartment
