Our technician did a fabulous job. We have lived in our home for 5 years, and I don't think the furnace worked the way it does now since moving in! As I said, we have had two other furnace companies in our home in the past. They neglected to point out to us that there are additional pre-filters. We have never been aware of these! The technician was thorough, honest, and dependable! In addition, the charge was more than reasonable. It is very frightening these days to know if you are dealing with an honest company. Well your company is awesome! We will recommend you to any neighbors and friends.
